These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LeightonRacing.co.uk and any free or paid horse-racing information, analysis, selections, memberships and related services supplied by Leighton Racing. By using the website, registering for an account or purchasing access, you agree to these Terms.

1. About Leighton Racing

Leighton Racing is the trading name used for an independent UK horse-racing information and analysis service. Leighton Racing is not a limited company.

2. Age and eligibility

• You must be aged 18 or over to register, purchase a membership or access members-only betting information.
• You are responsible for ensuring that betting and access to racing-tip services are lawful where you live.
• You must not allow anyone under 18 to access your account or members-only content.

3. What the service provides

Leighton Racing may provide free and paid horse-racing content including race analysis, Winner Score information, rankings, NAP selections, Next Best selections, a Safer Lucky 15, a Value/Each-Way Lucky 15, members-only selections, results records, articles and email updates.

The number and type of selections may vary according to the racing available, field sizes, going, declarations, market conditions and whether a suitable selection can be identified. Leighton Racing is not required to issue a bet or selection for every race or every day.

4. Information only — no betting service

Leighton Racing supplies information and opinions. It is not a bookmaker, betting exchange, financial adviser or investment service. Leighton Racing does not accept or place bets, hold betting funds or control bookmaker accounts, prices, markets or settlements.

You decide whether to place a bet, how much to stake and which bookmaker or exchange to use. You remain solely responsible for every betting decision and its consequences.

5. No guarantee of winners or profit

Horse racing is uncertain. No selection is guaranteed to win or place, and no membership guarantees a profit, return or particular strike rate. Past results do not guarantee future performance. Odds may change quickly and the price available to you may differ from any price quoted by Leighton Racing.

Membership fees pay for access to information, analysis and selections. They do not purchase guaranteed winning bets and do not insure you against betting losses.

6. Memberships, prices and access

Leighton Racing may offer daily, weekly, monthly, annual, promotional or other membership options. The current price, access period, included benefits, billing frequency and whether a purchase renews automatically will be shown before payment.

Access normally begins after successful payment and any required account setup. A membership is personal to the registered customer and may not be shared, transferred, resold or used for a commercial tipping service.

Any free content, trial, introductory price or promotional benefit may be changed or withdrawn, but this will not remove access already purchased for a paid period unless these Terms permit suspension or termination.

7. Accounts and security

• You must provide accurate registration and payment information.
• You must keep your login details confidential and use a secure password.
• You are responsible for activity through your account unless you promptly report unauthorised access.
• You must contact hello@leightonracing.co.uk if you believe your account has been compromised.

8. Payments and automatic renewal

Payment is due at the price and frequency displayed at checkout. Recurring memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. One-off passes or fixed-term products do not renew unless automatic renewal is clearly stated before purchase.

You authorise the payment provider to collect recurring charges from your selected payment method. If payment fails, access may be suspended while payment is retried or until the amount is paid.

Leighton Racing may change future membership prices. Reasonable advance notice will be given before a material price increase applies to a recurring membership, allowing you to cancel before the new price takes effect.

9. Cancelling a recurring membership

You may cancel future renewal at any time through your account cancellation facility, where available, or by emailing hello@leightonracing.co.uk from the email address linked to your membership.

Please include your name, membership email address and the membership you wish to cancel. Leighton Racing will confirm receipt of an emailed cancellation request.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. Unless you are exercising a statutory cancellation right or are entitled to a refund under section 11, access will normally continue until the end of the period already paid for and no partial refund will be due for unused time.

There is no minimum notice period, but you should cancel before the next renewal payment is processed. If a renewal payment has already completed before your cancellation request is received, cancellation will normally apply to the following renewal, subject to your statutory rights.

10. Statutory cancellation rights and immediate access

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under applicable UK consumer law.

Where a legal 14-day cancellation right applies, the period normally begins when the contract is made. Because racing selections are time-sensitive, customers may be asked at checkout to expressly request immediate access during that period.

For digital content, you may lose the applicable cancellation right once supply begins if you expressly consented to immediate supply and acknowledged that this would affect your right to cancel. For service elements that begin at your express request, Leighton Racing may, where the law permits, deduct a reasonable proportion for the service supplied before cancellation.

If the required consent or acknowledgement was not obtained, your statutory rights will not be reduced by this section. To exercise a statutory cancellation right, email hello@leightonracing.co.uk with a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

11. Refunds

A refund will be provided where required by law. Leighton Racing will also consider refunds for duplicate payments, an incorrect charge, or a material failure to provide paid access that Leighton Racing cannot reasonably correct.

Refunds are not normally provided because:

• a selection loses, fails to place or performs below expectations;
• you decide not to place a bet or do not use the information;
• you miss, overlook or access a selection late;
• odds shorten, drift or become unavailable;
• a bookmaker restricts, refuses, limits or closes your account;
• a horse becomes a non-runner;
• a race or meeting is delayed, changed, abandoned or cancelled;
• going, declarations, jockeys, trainers, draws or other racing information changes;
• an email is delayed, filtered or placed in spam while the content remains available through the website or member area;
• you change your mind after receiving or accessing time-sensitive members-only content; or
• you experience a losing run.

Approved refunds will be returned using the original payment method without undue delay and normally within 14 days after entitlement has been confirmed.

12. Publication and delivery of selections

Selections may be published on the website, in a members’ area and/or by email. The normal aim is to make daily selections available at around 11:00 am on relevant racing days, but this is a target rather than a guaranteed deadline.

Publication may be delayed by declarations, inspections, going changes, non-runners, technical issues, late information or other circumstances. You should check the website or member area before betting and confirm all race details and current prices independently.

13. Non-runners, abandoned races and replacements

Leighton Racing may issue a replacement when a selected horse is withdrawn, racing is abandoned or circumstances materially change, but a replacement is not guaranteed. It may be inappropriate or too late to identify another suitable selection.

The absence of a replacement does not automatically create a refund entitlement where the membership service as a whole remains available.

14. Results and performance information

Leighton Racing aims to record results honestly and consistently. Where relevant, performance information should identify the settlement basis used, such as advised odds or starting price, win or each-way terms, non-runners, dead heats, Rule 4 deductions, void races and returns to stated stakes.

Results may be corrected if an error, amended official result or settlement issue is discovered. Any example return is illustrative unless clearly described otherwise.

15. Intellectual property and sharing restrictions

The website, Leighton Racing branding, Winner Score materials, written analysis, selections, tables, rankings, graphics, downloads and members-only content are protected by intellectual-property rights.

You may use paid content for your own private, non-commercial use. You must not copy, scrape, record, republish, broadcast, sell, redistribute or share members-only content, login details or substantial parts of the service without written permission.

16. Website availability and communications

Leighton Racing will use reasonable care to operate the website and provide paid access, but uninterrupted or error-free availability is not guaranteed. Maintenance, hosting failures, internet outages, cyber incidents, email-provider delays and third-party platform failures may affect access.

You are responsible for maintaining a working device, internet connection and correct email address, and for checking spam or junk folders. Important membership notices may be sent to the email address registered to your account.

17. Third-party services and links

The website may link to bookmakers, racecourses, racing authorities, payment providers or other third parties. Leighton Racing does not control their availability, odds, terms, account decisions, security or content. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider’s terms.

Where Leighton Racing may receive a commission or other benefit from a link, this should be disclosed clearly near the relevant content. Such arrangements do not guarantee that a third-party product is suitable for you.

18. Responsible gambling

Betting should be treated as entertainment, not as a guaranteed way to make money. Never bet more than you can afford to lose, do not chase losses and consider setting time and spending limits.

If gambling is causing concern or harm, stop betting and seek support. Help is available from:

19. Suspension and termination

Leighton Racing may suspend or terminate an account for non-payment, fraud, misuse, unauthorised sharing or resale of content, abusive behaviour, attempted interference with the website, unlawful activity or a serious breach of these Terms.

Where access is terminated because of your serious breach, a refund will not normally be payable for the remaining period except where required by law. If Leighton Racing permanently ends a paid service for reasons unrelated to your conduct, an appropriate refund will be provided for any material prepaid period that cannot be supplied.

20. Liability

Leighton Racing is not responsible for betting losses, lost profits, bookmaker restrictions, unavailable odds or decisions you make after using the service. You remain responsible for checking declarations, race details, odds, place terms and bookmaker rules before placing any bet.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

21. Events outside reasonable control

Leighton Racing will not be responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside its reasonable control, including severe weather, racecourse decisions, regulatory action, power or internet failure, cyberattack, hosting failure, industrial action, illness or failure of a key third-party provider. Reasonable steps will be taken to restore the service or provide an appropriate remedy where required.

22. Changes to the service or these Terms

Leighton Racing may update the service or these Terms to reflect legal, operational, security or commercial changes. The current version and effective date will be published on this page. Material changes affecting an existing recurring membership will be communicated reasonably in advance where appropriate.

23. Privacy and cookies

Personal information is handled in accordance with the Leighton Racing Privacy Policy. The use of cookies and similar technologies is explained in the cookies section of that Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy should be read alongside these Terms.

24. Complaints

To make a complaint, email hello@leightonracing.co.uk with your membership email address, a clear description of the issue and any relevant payment or order details. Leighton Racing will investigate and aim to respond within a reasonable period.

25. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer living elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory rights and court protections available to you under the law applying where you live.

You may use the wording below, although any clear cancellation statement is acceptable:
