Leighton Racing provides horse-racing information and analysis. We do not take bets, hold gambling funds or control bookmaker accounts. Betting should remain an affordable form of entertainment and must never be treated as a guaranteed way to make money.
1. 18+ only
Leighton Racing content and memberships are intended only for people aged 18 or over. Do not use the service if betting is unlawful in your location.
2. Keep betting in control
- Set a firm spending limit before betting and never exceed it.
- Use only money you can afford to lose after essential costs are covered.
- Never borrow money to gamble.
- Do not chase losses or increase stakes to recover money.
- Set time limits and take regular breaks.
- Avoid betting when upset, stressed, tired or under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Keep records of deposits, withdrawals, stakes and losses.
- Use bookmaker deposit limits, time-outs, self-exclusion and gambling-blocking tools where helpful.
3. Warning signs
Warning signs can include hiding gambling, spending more than planned, chasing losses, borrowing, missing bills, neglecting work or relationships, or feeling anxious, guilty or unable to stop. If any of these apply, stop betting and seek support.
4. No guarantee
No Leighton Racing selection, rating, NAP, Next Best, Lucky 15 or Winner Score is guaranteed. A high score does not remove uncertainty and cannot guarantee a return.
5. Free support
- GamCare / National Gambling Helpline: freephone 0808 8020 133 or live chat at gamcare.org.uk. GamCare states that support is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year.
- GAMSTOP: free online self-exclusion at gamstop.co.uk.
- Samaritans: call 116 123 if you need urgent emotional support.
- In an immediate emergency, call 999.
Leighton Racing is not a treatment or crisis-support service. Specialist organisations should be contacted directly when help is needed.
