Leighton Racing is the trading name used for an independent UK horse-racing information and analysis service. Leighton Racing is not a limited company.
What to include
- Your account email address.
- The page, subscription or payment concerned.
- The date of the issue or payment.
- A clear description of the problem and the outcome you are seeking.
- A screenshot where it helps explain a technical problem, but never send a password, full card number or card security code.
Cancellation requests
For a recurring subscription, email hello@leightonracing.co.uk before the next renewal is processed. State the account email and the plan you want cancelled. Any clear statement that you wish to cancel is acceptable.
Privacy requests
Use the subject line “Privacy request” and explain the right you wish to exercise. Reasonable information may be requested to verify your identity.
Complaints
Use the subject line “Complaint” and explain what happened and the outcome you are seeking. Leighton Racing will aim to acknowledge and handle complaints fairly and without unnecessary delay.
